Tenants

Should we be able to assist you in renting one of our properties – provided ALL references obtained are ‘satisfactory’ – within no less than five working days prior to commencement of any tenancy the requirement is for the Tenant to pay first month’s rental in advance plus the equivalent to a further month’s rent as a Security Deposit.

Please note:

In the event that a Tenant is self-employed or retired – 6 months’ rent in advance plus Security Deposit may be payable. In the case of a Tenant being self-employed we normally require confirmation from your Accountant with regard to your ability to meet the rental payments.

ALL TENANCIES ARE SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY FINANCIAL AND OTHER APPLICABLE REFERENCES BEING RECEIVED
