Tenants

Should we be able to assist you in renting one of our properties – the non-refundable administrative charge utilised towards paying for references to be obtained for you and payable when you complete a Tenancy Application Form – is as follows:

  • Single Applicant: £85
  • Two Applicants (per couple): £120

Provided ALL references obtained are ‘satisfactory’ – within no less than five working days prior to commencement of any tenancy the requirement is for the Tenant to pay first month’s rental in advance plus the relevant amount as a Security Deposit.

Please note:

In the event that a Tenant is self-employed or retired – 6 months’ rent in advance plus Security Deposit may be payable. In the case of a Tenant being self-employed we normally require confirmation from your Accountant with regard to your ability to meet the rental payments.

*Concerning pets – should the property owner be agreeable to the Tenant’s cat or dog residing at the property – then an additional Security Deposit of £200 per pet is payable.
